With the release of the "S.D.O.N." and "At Days End" singles, True Devil lets their prominence in metal songwriting thrive with fierce riffs and addictive approaches that are coupled with high energy to create songs that feel anthemic but edgy.

 

Both new tracks give off heavy-handed guitar work and pounding drums with powerhouse vocals and an overall intense soundscape that never quite lets up. 

 

 "S.D.O.N was a riff that started out in 2020 when Covid 19 hit.  Like many musicians I found myself unable to play live shows- so writing and recording became the focus.  I was lucky enough to have a friend with a home studio who allowed me to come over and create. So that song was born from that period. When I joined True Devil – I brought it in as a demo and we were collectively able to bring S.D.O.N to life," explains the band of their S.D.O.N. single.​​​​​​​​​​

Drawing inspiration from Alice In Chains, Pantera, Queens of the Stone Age, Monster Magnet, Velvet Revolver, Motorhead and Danzig – True Devil’s sound is still wholly - or should we say HOLY(!) -their own.

Fronted by former Sever it All lead singer Mark Stebleton, True Devil also features members of industrial cult favorites Crud and outlaw rockers Dead in 5.

Now with the release of the band’s high wattage debut singles “Rips My Heart Out," “At Day's End,” “Divisible,”  and “S.D.o.N.” (produced by Andy Patalan of 90’s hit makers Sponge) True Devil will be bringing their horn throwing, mosh pit inducing ROCK to a venue near you.
