With the release of the "To Forget" single, Haast Hunter delivers a soiree of heavy rock tonality that expands hard hitting metal and delivers a powerful message along the way.

"The chorus sums up the theme nicely “We know, to forget is not to forgive”. You cannot run from damage you have done or your problems. You may choose to bury them deep but doesn’t mean they will be forgotten by those who you damaged along the way," explains the band of their single.

The track follows their previously released "Trial Unknown" single.

The story of Haas Hunter begins with its founding member, guitarist and vocalist James Harper.

After going through several bass players, he finally came across Chris Gudsell through a local classified Ad.

It wasn't long before the two of them found drummer Mitch Walker who entered the picture at the perfect time as the band was about to go into the studio to lay down their current single.

Mitch proved more than worthy by bringing the talent and skills to brin the song to life.

The band dropped their single "Trial Unknown" to rave reviews and the new single "To Forget" follows suit in their staple style and approach as it speaks volumes for where the band is at with their sound right now.

"Since both Chris and Mitch have joined the band, Haast Hunter has evolved greatly over the last 9 months. “To Forget” is the second single to be released from these more recent sessions (we currently have another 6-7 tracks tucked away for future release). I would like to think any early adopters out there would hear us and our current releases and realize we are on a journey and forever developing and crafting our sound. I hope it's something they can get on board with and appreciate," says James of the band.

"To Forget" is released November 29th on all major streaming platforms and the band is always working on material for upcoming releases.
