"A few years ago, I was facing some challenges and loss. One thing I could do that helped me find calm was to take a bath. One day I was in the tub and started thinking about why it felt like such a safe space and it crossed my mind that maybe it was like the womb. I immediately grabbed my phone and started writing the lyrics, and the rest as they say is history," explains Gail of her single.
As front women for NYC based rock band G-spot for 15 years, G. has a reputation for being a sexy siren, with a spiritual twist. She became known for commanding her audience’s attention by juxtaposing her sassy wit and naked vulnerability, her magnetism and enlightenment, her wrath and passion, with a no-holds barred delivery of emotion. Currently G. is focusing on her songwriting and collaborating with others.
She loves exploring new genres and perspectives beyond her rock girl roots. G. brings all her experience, attitude and talent into the writing process. Her catalog spans the pop realm, from dark cinematic pop, alt pop, to pop urban, as well as mixing in her rock and singer-songwriter roots. Her songs have been featured on Netflix, MTV, and Peacock including shows such as Love Island, Ultimatum Queer Love, Love is Blind and more. With G-spot, she released two CDs of original music to rave reviews. The title track of her second release “Come Here, Go Away” was featured on A&E series, Rollergirls, her songs Revolutionary & Even the Mighty Fall were featured in the independent feature film, "Just Another Romantic Wrestling Comedy". Other tracks and cues were also featured on various Cable shows.
Past solo releases include, "There is Light" and "Here I Am", offering an exploration of consciousness in an increasing complex world. Her single, Breathe & Release received significant recognition in the yoga and conscious communities. She is thrilled to be releasing new artist tracks in 2026 for the first time in quite some time!
G. is also the Founder of Girls Rock & Girls Rule (GRGR), an organization that dedicated itself to creating exposure for women in hard rock while giving back to non-profits benefitting women and girls. During its 10-year run, GRGR hosted shows in NYC and along the east coast and conducted several multi-day tours, bringing exposure to female artists, and raising thousands of dollars for selected charities.
In one of her other lives, G. is a Marketing and Events Consultant; this gives her an edge and understanding of the business side of music as well as some mad organizational and communication skills. She currently holds the role of Client Relations and Events Manager with Ultimate Sync Access, a company out of the UK, who educates and mentors artists on their music journey. G's diverse combination of talents, singer-songwriter, marketing consultant, and more make for a truly unique, creative and multi-faceted perspective!
