With the release of "She's A Space Cadet", Chainsaw Rainbow takes some of the best parts of spacious rock genres and creates a sound all his own. With ambient undertones, a blending of color and edginess, and a personal approach, the track delivers the aesthetic of shoegaze-grunge anthems.

The single follows several others that have already received been well received including "Bottle Rocket" and "Luv Battery" which each delve into vast atmospheres and soundscapes bringing a feel that takes on his influences in singer-songwriter, alt-rock, and sonic presence.

The "She's A Space Cadets" single speaks volumes for the artist and he is already working on new music with releases slated for the coming months.

The unique approach for the project is what separates Chainsaw Rainbow from the masses and its notable and outside the box style and songwriting is a way for the artist to let himself reflect in his work.

Dominic Massaro was born in New York. As a young child he enjoyed playing records and experimenting with turntables --spinning them backwards, slowing them down and speeding them up. He always thought they sounded better that way. And to this day Massaro incorporates some of those elements in his music.

After his family moved to Florida he left home at 15 and played with numerous bands throughout the sunshine state. After moving to Los Angeles, he formed the ambient project Graffiti 61. Under that moniker he released six albums which garnered several placements on TV. The music has been featured in such diverse TV and media outlets as “MTV Cribs,” “The Mentalist” and NASA.

In 2012 Massaro assembled the stoner rock band Motordrone and released a critically acclaimed self-titled album on Do-it Records. It was a short-lived partnership. In 2014 the resilient Massaro followed his creative heart and started Chainsaw Rainbow, combining the psychedelia of Graffiti 61, with the overdriven guitar crunch of Motordrone.

Among many career highlights, Chainsaw Rainbow has been featured several times in Music Connection magazine and has licensed songs through Red Queen Music.

Chainsaw Rainbow has toured the U.S. and Europe with many well known artists.

His latest releases serve as a testament for where he is at with his sound right now.
