After graduating college, Ludvik Bjarnason ended up with extra time on his hands after working and soon found himself picking up a guitar and learning to record and track with Ableton on his computer. This was the beginning of something that would soon turn into a bigger part of his life and self-expression.

With a slew of influences musically, the project has been ever changing but still keeping to the staple sounds and experimental undertones letting him build soundscapes and churn them into full songs.

"My sound has evolved rapidly and in fact I kind of recently stumbled on a sound that I liked which is mainly inspired from the so-called French synth pop with artists such as Daft Punk, AIR and Kavinsky. And actually, Kavinsky song Nightcall is one of my favorites and Up in the Clouds draws many influences from that song. Other than that I have been experimenting with many sounds and song styles; I do not really prefer to be in a particular genre and for instance I would love to make an acoustic album one day, because I love making song on my guitar and many of my inspired artist are singer songwriters that mainly use their acoustic guitars., " Says the artist of how his sound has been evolving as he goes.
