With the release of the Fragile Silver Dreams EP, Kamilla November takes a new approach to crossing genres and gives the record a life all it's own. Lush with beautiful progressions, a soulful vocal approach, and persistent pop undertones, the record boasts the aesthetic of indie pop anthems.

The first single, “White Curls", immediately grabs you with it's infectious piano pop groove, followed by dream like vocals, addictive synth tones, and an ability to build and breathe as it plays on.

"Song is about a nightmare I had. Where I had fallen in love with a man with white curls. All was well until he came over an whispered in my ear that I would be alone forever, and no one would love me. That shook me awake. It was in the fear of being lonely and unwanted, but also the hope in that I woke up, and the "truth" I felt in the dream of being unloved, really is not true in real life. The choice of believing I am lovable in the midst of the fear." explains the songwriter of her single.

Although the single speaks volumes for the EP, to get a real understanding of where Kamilla is coming from, it should be heard in its entirety.

"This record is a mix of live and electronic instruments. It is flowy and dreamy, but dark with a hint of light, and I do that a lot. The lyrical theme is found in much of my other music. I have learned a lot about being in the studio, and by mixing my own I have been able to get exactly the sound I want by being able to explain, and refer better to the mixing engineers what I want and how. I have also added a lot more electronic instruments to my EP, a sound I am so in love with!" says Kamilla of creating the record.

Born and raised in Norway, singer songwriter Kamilla November has always had a passion for music. She began studying and writing original songs since 2012 and a few years later, she began performing live. Releasing her debut single with a local Norwegian band she got a taste of what it was to be a recording artist and only fell deeper in love. In 2017 the artist released another single, this time mixed and mastered by herself, and in July of 2019 the Fragile Silver Dreams EP was finally born.

Spending time with producer Johnny Mariscovetere, mix engineer Evan Peters, mastering engineer Steve Praetzel, along with several studio musicians in Studio 501 out of Lakeside Montana, a lot of love and effort went into the creation of the record. The EP serves as a testament to where she is at with her sound right now.

Fragile Silver Dreams is available now for streaming and downloads on most major digital outlets and Kamilla is always writing new material for upcoming releases.
